Well, the new website is up and running! After a few more minor alterations, we'll be ready to go. A big shout out to Jessica Rhaye and Stephen Hughes for some great design and creative programming. We're pretty excited as the new site is going to allow us to sell downloads directly from our own store. Yes, there will always be iTunes, but this new feature gives us the flexibility to have things like live shows available. We're pretty stoked! If you have any comments about the site, please send them our way. We'd love to hear your feedback!

An Amazing Weekend

On January 10th we had the privilege of being part of a very special fundraiser. Tour Tech ( here in the Maritimes ) gathers artists from all over the Atlantic Provinces and beyond to raise money for the Aids Coalition comfort fund. The money generated is donated to help people with AIDS find comfort in their remaining days. There was good cheer, good music and good fun all around and we all took a moment of thought for those that could not be with us – both near and far.

Thank you to everyone at tour tech for making us feel like rock stars, to the bass player from The Box who will be playing hockey with our Shawn tonight, to Pat Roach ( a.k.a. Randy from TPB) for making us smile, to Bruce Morel for coordinating our appearance there, to Sam Robichaud for being the dynamo fiddle player ( & sweetie ) that she is, to Rob for keeping her sweet, to Danny for beating the skins, Chris Ball for talking Warcraft in a hallway full of very non-warcraft people, to Anne Joyce for sharing her last Maritime Holiday hours with us, to Matt Minglewood for recounting some very saucy tour tales to us and to all the other artists who introduced me/us to their new music. We’ll see you all again real soon!
